- Sometimes it’s important to cross the “red line”  and
- Keeping agreements is essential for collaboration and cooperation.

Carnival, February 2006
Another highlight for this season was the carnival week. Our employees gave their minds full scope again and came up with the great idea to dress up as witches, nuns and some employees even showed a bit of leg in a tyrolean "dirndl" and "lederhosen". Just like our motto "SAY HI TO THE THIGHTS"!

Team building event Intersport Mathoy, January 2006

This time round we organised an exceptional team building event. After a hard day working we enjoyed luxurious ambiance in the “Hummer Stretchlimousine” going to Galtür. From there we carried on with the snow cat to the cosy lodge “Weiberhimml” which is located in middle of the skiing area. After some traditional food and a few schnaps we made our way back down to the village with lots of screaming and laughter on sledges.

3. Nature workshop of Firma Mathoy in Merano/South Tyrol
In November 2005, it was time to head outward again. For the third time, Mathoy Intersport sponsored its annual nature workshop, this time in Merano, Italy. Our themes were the values behind our collaboration, the cordiality towards our customers and lots of new information so that we would be well prepared for the new season. During the nature part, we rapelled down some waterfalls with our mountain guide Kuno - nothing for weak nerves.

2. Educational journey to Davos, Grisons, Switzerland
In April 2005, Mathoy Intersport departed for Switzerland on its second study trip, this time to Davos. Besides the pleasures of rounding out the season this way at a top Swiss resort with fast downhill runs and a visit to the Swiss national hockey finals Davos vs. Zurich, we also inspected a few sports shops and gathered some new ideas for the next season.

Staff Evening at Intersport Mathoy in March 2005
It is already a kind of tradition with us, the monthly company evening, where all staff members can enjoy a few glasses of wine and a good meal together, exchanging stories of exciting sports activities. This time around it included a barrel race, unbelievable fun.

Ski Test on the Idalp on 14 March 2005
Intersport Mathoy made available the top models of the brands Head, Salomon and Atomic, all the red hot new items for the season 2005/2006, for a day with more than 350 guests. Everything free of charge, of course. There were many guests present who had never before tried out a carver and were thrilled from the first moment at how easy they are to turn.

The NTC in Flims has recently been expanded and the Boarderworld newly built. All shops are run by Christoph Bründl and have worked with the expertise of Intersport Bründl since this winter.

1st Nature Workshop Intersport Mathoy in Kramsach Tirol.
This year, our corporate philosophy was at the forefront. We do we stand as a company? Where are we headed? What distinguishes us from other firms? A fundamental result was the “Values of Our Collaboration” principles which were worked out in the course of this workshop and bear the genuine signature of Intersport Mathoy.
