At first glance, Tom appears to be a delicate and vulnerable deer
grazing on a dew covered meadow. But whoever thinks he can take on this
youngest and thriftiest member of our managing team will soon be taught
a lesson he won’t forget. Tom withdraws deep inside himself and then
comes forth from that inner center with great force and accuracy.
