All our staff
members participate ongoingly in Intersport courses and seminars. Among
them are apprentice workshops for 1-3 year apprenticeships, product
training for the approaching season, sales training sessions,
personality development seminars and management workshops.
Besides that, we conduct a so-called "Nature Workshop" once
annually. These go on for two to three days and are held at a nature
hotel somewhere out in the wilds, far away from stress, hectic
activities and any other distractions. Besides our own trainer Michael
Patak, from the consultant group Neuwaldegg, we also hire a special
sport and wellness counsellor. For example, Michael Mayerhofer taught
us about personal fitness in Nordic Walking and Karl Filipp of
Taxenbach about the secrets of Qui Gong.

At the end of the workshop, our staff members are newly motivated
and have renewed their pleasure in their work. And at the same time,
they are perfectly prepared for the latest product and advising
developments.

2007 Leogang, Salzburg (Hotel Krallerhof), with trainer Bernhard Bründl, we have really touched our outermost limits, including in the high rope climbing garden. Maybe we even transcended them.
2006 Lingenau, Vorarlberg (Aqua Mountain)
in the Bregenzerwald; with trainer Christo Quiske, we have definitely
crossed the red line and gotten to know our inner Fuzzy a bit better.
2005
Merano, Italy (Hotel Edelweiss); under the leadership of our mountain guide Kuno Kaserer we even rapelled down some waterfalls.

Kramsach, Tyrol (Hotel Kramsacherhof) with trainer Michael Patak. In
the climbing garden, the pluck and teamwork abilities of our staff all
showed themselves brilliantly.
Further, we also attended sales and management seminars of Neways
International, Gustav Käser Training and computer courses at the
Austrian Economic Institute.
